Due to COVID-19, we have a graphics operator working remotely and using TeamViewer to remote desktop into the XPression machine. All is well except the operator cannot use Fast Recall. It's enabled, but pressing keys on the NumPad of the remote computer doesn't initiate a Fast Recall.
The remote operator is on a Mac, and we're wondering if that's something to do with it? If we try the same exact configuration with a PC on the remote end, it works fine.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
I believe this issue was resolved after contacting Tech Support and was fixed by making some edits to the XPression Keyboard Map.XPression > Edit > Keyboard Map
