  • 1.  Audio levels too hot

    Hello,

    We are having an issue where the audio coming out of our blackstorm is playing out too hot and distorted. I'm not seeing anywhere to adjust levels. Even the SMPTE Bars and -10 tone file that came on the machine is peaking. Right now our only solution is to mix our videos to -30, which is obviously not ideal. Is there a way to fix this?

    I convert my Blackstorm audio to Analog through an openGear card. I was able to go into the card in Dashboard and turn down that channel -6db and that seemed to help a lot.

    Have the same issue and have adjusted to re-edit and re-coding all play out material. Not ideal...
