  • 1.  Carbonite Ultra problem with uploading graphics to the Media Store

    Hi, 
    We have the Ross Carbonite Ultra software version 6.6.1 video switcher. We have a problem with uploading graphics to the Media Store, What I mean is the graphics are uploaded by FileZilla on memory stick and they don't appear in the Media Store. Neither deleting, reloading the image or format memory stick nor renaming the file names help -  there is no image in the Media Store (Dashboard/Web). Only after restarting the mixer the graphics are loaded to the Media Store and are visible. What is the cause of this situation and how can we solve that?

    We had the same issue, same software upgrade and frame at KQED. We needed to try the regrade again but with a slightly different procedure. Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact steps but support knows how to fix this. Give them a call. We've been solid ever since the fix.
