    Hello,
    I'm setting up a 2RU ultrix with 2 Ultriscape licenses.

    I activated the 2 licenses on my 2 outputs.
    I activated a layout with output heads.

    I see my multiview layout on my screens. But no image in the multiview.
    I hard coded the source in the head select page: doesn't work
    and added the multiviewer pips to the destination list and routed : doesn't work

    Do you have an idea ?

    It sounds like you have completed all of the steps. Applying the layout to the multiviewer, creating the pip destinations in your database and creating a router panel with the pip destinations….

    Can you ensure that you have pressed the "I/O Ports Refresh" button in the database tab?
    This updates the Matrix Inputs and Outputs lists in the Sources and Destinations tabs respectively. We normally have to do this if you are adding destinations or new I/o ports.
